Terms and Conditions of the Easy Freelance Real Estate Referral Program
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") set forth the legally binding terms for participation in the Easy Freelance Real Estate Referral Program (the "Program") operated by Auxilium Management Group FZE ("Auxilium"). By participating in the Program, the participant ("Participant") agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Eligibility Criteria
This Program is open to individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older and to legal entities. Participation is contingent upon acceptance of this Agreement at the time of the Participant’s first successful referral.
3. Referral Reward
Auxilium shall pay a referral fee of AED 1000 (the "Referral Fee") for each qualified referral. A qualified referral is one in which a lead, directed by the Participant’s unique referral link, executes a binding contract for and makes full payment for an Easy Freelance for a real estate golden visa.
4. Payment of Referral Fee
The Referral Fee shall be payable within fourteen (14) days subsequent to the fulfillment of the purchase obligation by the referred lead. Payment shall be remitted via bank transfer to the banking details furnished by the Participant after the first successful referral. The Participant is required to enter into a Referral Agreement with Auxilium, which shall formalize the terms of the referral relationship and payment details.
5. Tracking of Referrals
Only referrals made through a Participant’s unique referral link shall be eligible for the Referral Fee. It is incumbent upon the Participant to ensure the referred party utilizes the provided referral link for the referral to be deemed valid.
6. Execution of Referral Agreement
Following the first successful referral, the Participant is obliged to execute a Referral Agreement with Auxilium. This agreement shall delineate the framework of the referral partnership and shall include the provision of banking details for the purpose of Referral Fee transactions.
7. Program Termination
Auxilium reserves the unilateral right to terminate the Program at its discretion, providing seven (7) days prior written notice to the Participant. Such notice shall be communicated via the contact details provided by the Participant. Any pending referrals at the point of termination announcement shall be honored, with corresponding Referral Fees disbursed in accordance with the stipulated Payment Terms.
8. Amendments to the Agreement
Auxilium retains the right to amend the terms of this Agreement at any juncture. Participants shall be notified of any amendments through the contact information supplied upon Program enrollment.
9. Limitation of Liability
Auxilium shall not bear liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from or related to the Participant’s involvement in the Program.
10. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
11. Acknowledgment
By participating in the Program, the Participant acknowledges their understanding of, and agreement to, the terms set forth in this Agreement. The Participant agrees to comply with all Program rules as promulgated by Auxilium Management Group FZE.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Auxilium and the Participant with respect to the Program and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the Participant and Auxilium with respect to this Program.
