Process Timeline: Existing Resident Waiting For Cancellation.

Please note that you must remain inside the UAE until your visa has been stamped.  Should you wish to travel after this point we will carry on the process and hold on to your physical Emirates ID at our office until you can collect or deliver it to you for a fee.  When your ID is issued we will send you a soft copy and you will be able to access on the UAE pass smartphone app.

Step One: Payment and Document Collection
Our customer service team will email you a payment link and request your documents.  Please look out for an email from our team and have the following documents ready to share in the correct formats:·   A colour scanned copy of your passport in a PDF file with both page showing and no obstructions. (please refer to this link for acceptable format: Acceptable Formats for Submitting Your Passport for Visa Applications)·   A colour, studio quality passport photo on a white background (please refer to this link for acceptable format: Passport Photos - Mandatory Requirements)·   A copy of your existing residents visa·   A copy of your existing Emirates ID (Both Sides)Step Two: Send us your cancellation documentOnce you receive your cancellation please email a copy to info@easyfreelancerdubai.com and we will begin the process.Step Three: Start of Process - E-Visa Application (3 Working Days)Once we have confirmed all your documents are present and in the correct format, we will submit your E-Visa application. Although most applications are completed in 48 hours, the standard SLA for getting your E-Visa issued is 3 working days (please note that government offices are closed on Friday afternoons and weekends).Step Four: Take Your Medical ScreeningWe will book your medical screening at either Al Karama or Al Quoz medical centres. Please visit the centres within 48 hours of receiving your booking.  You will receive an email from our customer service team once your booking is made.  Please note that these are walk-in bookings and you can visit the centres any time within their operating hours.Step 4: Medical Result and Visa Stamping (3 working days)We will receive your medical report 24 hours after you have taken your test.  Once we have received the report we will proceed to get your residency visa stamping completed. This will happen within 3 working days of your medical report being issued.Step 5: Emirates ID Application and Delivery (5 Working Days)Once your visa has been stamped we will complete the Emirates ID application and schedule delivery of your Emirates ID to our office.  Please note that this stage is subject to government but the average time for delivery of your Emirates ID is 5 working days.Please note that you may receive an SMS about the delivery of your Emirates ID. Please ignore this message as we need to have the ID to our office so that copies can be made for compliance purposes.Step 6: Collect your Emirates ID (Process Completed)Once your Emirates ID has been delivered to our office we will securely hold onto it for collection at our office.  If you would like your Emirates ID delivered there is a fixed price of AED 100 to have it delivered in Dubai.  For all other locations (including international) please contact our team for a quote.
